Registration remains open until the camp is full or until the Wednesday before the camp starts. If there is insufficient enrollment, a decision to cancel the camp will be made at least two weeks prior to the camp start date.
If you cancel your child's registration:
Withdrawal requests must be in writing prior to the start of the camp. The request may be faxed to 520-621-3269; mailed to the University of Arizona Outreach College, P. O. Box 210158, Tucson, AZ 85721-0158; or submitted in person at the UA Outreach College, University Services Building, Room 322, 888 N. Euclid Ave., Mon – Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Please allow up to six weeks to process refunds. NO refunds will be provided after the camp has begun. If Arizona Youth University cancels a class/program, a full refund of tuition and fees will be made in approximately six weeks from the date of cancellation.
AYU charges $25 for returned checks.
