Students will receive a UA Certificate of Completion once they have completed the course. In some cases this will include the completion of a final project.
A full refund, less a 25% processing fee, is provided for students who withdraw from/opt out of a course within 10 business days from the date of enrollment. Absolutely NO refunds will be issued after 10 business days from the date of enrollment.
Courses offered through Professional Development at the UA Outreach College are non-credit, and do not qualify for Pell Grants or other federally subsidized student loans. Students seeking loans must work with a bank or credit union directly to obtain a private loan.The UA Outreach College does not provide loans or financial assistance.

UA Outreach College operates an Open Computer Lab on the third floor of the University Services Building (888 N. Euclid Ave., Tucson, AZ), Monday – Thursday, for the sole use of UA Outreach students enrolled in online professional development courses.
Varies depending upon the course(s). System requirements are available upon request.
Once you have enrolled, you will be given a login and password.
The majority of our online course offerings are instructor-led, with 24-hour access to the instructor.
Throughout most of our online courses there will be assessment tests to assist the student in knowing where s/he may need more study.
